In 1983, Shira Del Pacult and her husband,
Michael Pacult, established Futures Investment
Company, an Illinois corporation, to sell
futures investments managed by independent
commodity trading advisors to individual and
institutional investors.

In 1995, both were selected from a group of over 10,000
registered futures brokers to be featured in the book
Master Brokers: Interviews with Top Futures
Brokers, written by John Walsh, sponsored
by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and published
by the Center for Futures Education. This book shows
how select futures professionals, based on recommendations
from industry leaders, conduct their businesses.
Michael and Shira Pacult were the only brokers selected
to contribute to the Managed Futures Chapter of the
course, Ethics Training for Futures Professionals.
